Coding and Robotics Tournament

Friday 15th August 2025 a Team of Grade 7 learners took part in a Coding and Robotics Tournament at Pitlochry Primary School.
There were 7 different schools that took part and it consisted of 3 separate parts.

The 1st part was a game called Tanks which has 35 Levels. The teams were required to complete as many levels as they were able too in 30 minutes. Lyndhurst came 3rd by completing 33 of the levels.

Part 2 consisted of 3 Never seen before levels. The teams were given 15 minutes to complete as much as they could in the time given. Lyndhurst won this section being the only team that completed all levels and got them all correct.

Part 3 was the building part.
All teams were given a mistry box with recycled items in it. All the boxes were the same.
They were then told to make a robot that could move forward on it’s own without being pushed using what they had been given. The teams were given 20 minutes to complete this task. Team
Lyndhurst came in 3rd again.

The overall results were 1st Pitlochry
2nd LYNDHURST
3rd Ashley
