Alphabet Dress Up Day

The grade 1 class of 2025 has completed the 26 sounds of the alphabet.

This forms the Foundation of Reading that will enable them to read unfamiliar text by sounding out the words.

On Wednesday, 12 March 2025, we had an ALPHABET Dress Up DAY.

Learners came to school dressed up as anything that started with the first letter of his/her name eg: Duma dressed up as a duck and Phumi has a princess.

It was a fun activity for the learners and also a mini fundraising event for Gr 1.

The grade 1 teachers commend all parents for out doing themselves with their creativity.
